Women’s Business Enterprise Council
Join our Council, open the doors of opportunity for women business enterprises, share supplier diversity best practices with your colleagues and support women business enterprise certification, educational, networking, procurement-related, and informational programs.

Council membership is open to corporations and government entities who have a supplier diversity program or are in the process of creating a supplier diversity program.

Corporate Council Member Annual Membership Dues: $2,500 (prorated quarterly).

Sponsorship Opportunities
Increases Your Market Share — Support Economic Development!

The Women’s Business Enterprise Council provides sponsorship opportunities tailored to meet your specific marketing objectives. You can choose to sponsor WBEC Events, WBEC Programs or both depending upon your need to gain access to the women who influence the buying of 85% of all products and services. WBEC sponsors receive complimentary tickets to events and are acknowledged on event signage and materials. Corporate sponsors may also include a link to their supplier diversity website on WBEC’s website.

Executive Leadership Luncheon Sponsorship
Access to social and power connections that work!

The Executive Leadership Luncheon program provides a venue for purchasing and supplier diversity representatives, women executives and entrepreneurs to meet in an informal, relaxed environment where they can connect and develop business and personal relationships. The Executive Leadership Luncheon programs have enabled our sponsors and attendees to grow their personal and professional networks by making connections that work. WBEC hosts several Executive Leadership Luncheons throughout the year and sponsors receive complimentary tickets for each luncheon and are acknowledged on event signage and materials.

Since 2000, our Annual Fundraiser theme has been “Just Desserts – Celebrating the Sweet Success of Women Business Owners.”  We believe that economic justice is essential for women to achieve their business and personal goals.

“Just Desserts” highlights our accomplishments, showcases clients who have benefited from our  programs and promotes the area’s successful women bakers, chefs and restaurateurs – who donate their delicious delicacies for our enjoyment.“Just Desserts” gives gratitude and thanks to everyone who supports our mission – economic self – sufficiency through entrepreneurship.
