Women’s Business Enterprise Council
Join our Council, open the doors of opportunity for women business enterprises, share supplier diversity best practices with your colleagues and support women business enterprise certification, educational, networking, procurement-related, and informational programs.
Council membership is open to corporations and government entities who have a supplier diversity program or are in the process of creating a supplier diversity program.
Council Member Annual Membership Dues start at $2,500.

Increases Your Market Share Support Economic Development!
The Women’s Business Enterprise Council provides sponsorship opportunities tailored to meet your specific marketing objectives. You can choose to sponsor WBEC Events, WBEC Programs or both depending upon your need to gain access to the women who influence the buying of 85% of all products and services. WBEC sponsors receive complimentary tickets to events and are acknowledged on event signage and materials. Corporate sponsors may also include a link to their supplier diversity website on WBEC’s website.

Philadelphia's leading women chefs, bakers, restaurateurs, and caterers will serve up delectable desserts as part of the Women's Business Development Center's (WBDC) annual fundraiser. Come and hear testimony from successful women entrepreneurs, learn more about the accomplishments of WBDC clients and celebrate the economic self-sufficiency achieved through a community of women-helping-women. Celebrate the sweet success of women business owners, enjoy the dinner buffet and delectable desserts, and network with "friends of WBDC" who believe in our mission and support our goal of economic justice for all women.
The "Just Desserts" Celebration is the Women's Business Development Center's (WBDC's) annual fundraiser. As we begin our 22nd Anniversary year, WBDC is proud of our legacy and will continue our commitment of advocacy for women's economic development.
