Corporation Done Deals™
The Women’s Business Enterprise Council of PA-DE-sNJ created the Done Deals™ Award program to recognize the accomplishments of our women business enterprises each year at our annual Awards Luncheon event.
Definition – Done Deal:
- A product or service purchased from a WBE supplier by choice that is WBENC certified and a member of our council.
- In the case of such a contract, the original contract is counted as one done deal.
- Minimum contract or deal value of $500
Guidelines for the Done Deals™ Awards:
- Two Corporation Done Deals™ Awards will be given:
One award to recognize the corporate council member having the highest number of actual deals over the last 12-month reporting cycle with WBENC certified women business enterprises that are WBEC members.
One award to recognize the corporate council member having the highest spends over the last 12-month reporting cycle with WBENC certified women business enterprises that are WBEC members.
- Awards will be presented at the Annual Awards Luncheon
Done Deals™ Awards Policy:
What Counts as a Done Deal?
In order to qualify as a Done Deal, a contract must be executed between two parties. Both parties must be a member of the regional Council.
Corporation Done Deals™ Awards
A WBENC-certified WBE who is a member of the regional Council (i.e. a WBE certified by that Council does a deal with a corporate/government member) (i.e. the corporation is a member in good standing with the regional Council)
